Your Library Card Number & PIN and our Alternate UserName Option
You now have the option to set up a username. Choosing an easy-to-remember username makes both logging into your account and ordering items from our catalog simpler since you don't have to remember and type in your entire library card number. Read more aboutsetting up your username
Find your branch on our library branch map, on an alphabetical list, or by finding your community (servicing branch is listed at the top of your community page). If your favorite library is not the branch nearest your home, you can choose any branch as your "Home" library.Selecting your "Home" Library
Use the Search Box in our catalog to search by Keyword, Title, Author, or Subject. To save a list of items you've found, try our Book Cart feature. Great for your convenience and helping keep our costs down! After logging into your library account, choose "Modify Personal Information" and then enter your email address. If you have a valid Library Card, you have a Library Account. To access it, Log in with theMy Account link on the left of our pages; click on Enter or on the Library Card image
Next, enter your library card number(Barcode) & PIN (Personal Identification Number). Entering your entire barcode too hard? Try Creating a UserName (easier to use). More about your Account
After you've logged in, go to your "Items currently checked out." You may want to "Sort by Due Date" (button). Choose the item(s) you want to renew, and then choose either the "Renew Selected" or "Renew All" button. You can renew most items up to 20 times (if no waiting list). More about Renewing
Is a book, CD, or DVD still showing up as a checked-out item on your account record after you remember having returned it to the library? Please contact staff at your local branch. They will check on the matter for you. Remember, if you'd returned an item to a library other than one of our 28 local branches, it is going to take longer for it to be returned to one of our libraries and we have no control over how long that will be.
After you've logged in, go to "$xx.xx in unpaid fines and bills." Then choose the "Pay Online" button to pay Fines/Fees with your VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or debit card. More about Paying Fines Online
When you find the item you want in our catalog, request it by choosing the "Request" button. Requesting more than one item? Try our Save Items feature. Note: there is a 75 item limit on the number of items you can request on one card. Freezing your Holds option Tips + Helps about requesting items
Request items from libraries whose collections we share using Search Ohio & OhioLINK in our catalog. You can also try Booking certain items.
Our Library Foundation is the steward of your contributions. We invite you to contribute to the library using our Online Contribution option. To find book sales, go to our Event Finder (under Events & Classes at the top of any page on our site). Select a location, select the Type: Book Sale and indicate the dates you want searched. Booksales will display.
